How long does it take my account to be credited after a return?

Once your return arrives to our warehouse and your refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item/s have been processed and refunded. 

We aim to process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5-7 business days for your funds to appear in your account.

Please note there may be delays on processing returns during busier trade period.
