You can pick up to save postage from Nunawading Toyota Spare Parts, 88 Station St, Nunawading VIC 3131. please message or call us (contact details in checkout) before arriving after making your purchase on eBay, and we may be able to organise free delivery to your area. Please ensure that you contact us via eBay messages to discuss this option. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. Delivery usually takes approximately 5 - 10 business days. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment.
Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

We are a business that operates normal business hours Monday to Friday so any questions submitted outside of these hours may not get answered until the next business day. We will endeavour to have your questions answered as quickly as possible.

We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resellable condition within 14 days from the date of sale. New Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed. The Purchaser must pay for any postage costs back to Nunawading Toyota. All products sold by Nunawading Toyota are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty repair/replacement policies only. We will be happy to help our customers with their warranty repairs by directing them to the manufacturer’s warranty/repair department or customer service department. Any mistakes made byNunawading Toyota will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered.
