Outstanding customer service

In a word outstanding. Local dealer staff (in NSW) are ignorant, arrogant, buffoons (I AM SURE this may be an isolated case but I am not going back to that dealer). They treat customers as a nuisance. These guys at Nanawading Toyota are clear,concise, accurate and helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

This was my first time ordering spare parts online from Nunawading Toyota Parts and will definitely be a regular customer. The website was easy to navigate and l was able to find all the parts l required. The pricing is very competitive and my order was processed promptly. The staff were very friendly and efficient when picking up my order making it a great experience.
