• R154 is a 5-speed transmission found in the MKIII Supra Turbo, Toyota Crown, Toyota Chaser Tourer V, Toyota Mark II Tourer V, Toyota Cresta Tourer V, and Toyota Soarer (turbo) up to 2004.
• This particular Gear box is from a JZX110 Mark2 or Verossa and known to be the strongest of all R154 gearboxes.
• These are the "Non-Remote Shift" styled boxes.
• This one is 745mm long from the bellhousing to the centre of the shifter
• Bell housing face to gearstick centre is approx 20mm shorter than the JZX100 R154 Gearbox
• Input shaft Spline OD - 29.8mm Spline count - 21 tooth
• Comes complete with 1JZ bellhousing, far rear shifter assembly and reverse back up switch.

Note - The inspection plates on either side of the Bell Housing, Clutch Fork, Yoke or Speed Sensor do not come with the gearbox.

The R154 is made by Toyota, Japan. As with most Toyota driveline components, the R154 has quality of design and performance. Unfortunately as always seems to be the case with modern technology, their is always a downside.

The R154 is a conventional 5-speed gearbox, with five forward gears and a straight-cut reverse gear. The reason for the strength of the gearbox is clear to see even by the naked eye. The external housing and the gears themselves are credibly sized for a performance-oriented gearbox.
