Any items purchased from our online store www.nunawadingtoyotaparts.com.au can be returned to our Parts warehouse facility, either freighted by AusPost or in person to our Click & Collect section at our warehouse facility.

How to return or exchange Items bought online

Within 30 days of your online purchase and you change your mind or would like to return your item/s, you can return or exchange your Genuine Toyota items to us that are in a new saleable condition (uninstalled, unused, undamaged and as sold / received) in accordance with Nunawading Toyota’s Change of mind and refund policy which can be viewed at Change of Mind Returns, Cancellation and Exchange Policy. Shipping charges are not included in refunds for change of mind. 

If you believe your genuine Toyota items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement under the terms of Toyota’s warranty provided with your purchase. For information about Toyota’s warranty and our claim form, please visit our Warranty page.  


You can return your online order to us via post for a refund by following these steps:

1.) All returns need to be authorised by us and you are provided a returns authorisation number & reason code, to obtain your return authorisation please contact us within 30 days of purchase via text on 0488 852 451 or email enquiries@nunawadingtoyotaparts.com.au, provide us with your invoice number and item/s you would like to return.

Note: Also advise us if your return parcel is longer than 110cm or 22kg in weight, these returns need to be processed manually by us as Aus Post do not accept these large parcels.

2.) Once obtained your return authorisation, you can easily return your online order simply by completing the online returns form, click here.

3.) Upon completing the online form, you are prompted to pay a flat rate AUD$16.45 shipping fee charged directly by Aus Post, then once payment is completed you receive an email containing an Aus Post link to download a pre-paid shipping label.

Note: If we are at error with your order, please contact us and we will waive the freight if deemed our fault.

4.) Pack your goods in the original Toyota packaging. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative.

5.) Attach the return shipping label clearly and firmly to the outside of your parcel.

6.) Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label that was received in the email.

Note: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to make its way back to Nunawading Toyota warehouse (this is dependant on your location and freight volume with Aus Post).

7.) Within 5 business days of receiving your return back to our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item(s) have been received and processed.

8.) At any time, you may go ahead and place another order for your preferred items if required.

 

You can return your online order to us in person at our warehouse facility for a refund by following these steps:

1.) 2.) Once obtained your returns authorisation, you can return your online order in person to the warehouse Click & Collect section, make sure to provide a copy of your invoice and our return authorisation number.

3.) Within 5 business days of receiving your return back to our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item(s) have been received and processed.

4.) At any time, you may go ahead and place another order for your preferred items if required.

 

Refund payment will be as per the payment method used when placing your order

Applicable refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original transaction. A credit card payment can only be refunded back onto the same credit card, PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal, and Afterpay purchases will be refunded by Afterpay.

Payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to appear in your account.
